Overlooking the Hottentott Holland Mountain Range

The envisioned 5 - star hotel and conferencing centre will comprise of +- 150 rooms with an additional 30 condominium apartments. The conference centre will host up to 500 people with an option for additional conferencing space within the Lifestyle Street in The Santa Luzia Lifestyle Centre.

The hotel further comprises of restaurants, bars and a private swimming pool which overlook the lake and walking paths that run through the landscape of the village.
